Duties
Role Overview

We're looking for a CCTV Operator to work as part of a large on-site security team within the Security Control Room.

You will perform a number of key functions such as detecting suspicious activities, preventing incidents, evidence collection, communication & coordination of any emergency response and support the maintaining & service of any systems. You will also be required to deliver concise daily reporting and escalate any potential risks or areas of concern.

Working flexibly to ensure 24hrs cover, the role holder will liaise with key site stakeholders to
coordinate security provisions and actions.

You will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working either 0600-1800 or 1800-0600.

About You
About you

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. You must also be comfortable working alone for long periods and able to self-motivate. A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends.

Please note, you must have a valid CCTV SIA licence to be considered for this role. It would be a benefit to have your Front Line SIA licence, however, it's not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training. Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable.
