Great opportunity to work as a Receptionist for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.

In this role, you will be working in a high-profile, corporate building in Whitehall, London.

Hours: 45 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

You must have lived within the UK for at least the last 5 years, SC clearance REQUIRED or the ability to obtain SC clearance

As a Receptionist you will work alongside the reception team to ensure an effective, proactive, professional and flexible service. To undertake duties including the greeting of visitors, issuing of visitor passes and liaison with building occupants, provide reasonable assistance with queries and provide directions where required to meeting rooms.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the reception's key performance indicators are met in line with the contract and assist in producing stats.
- To handle customer enquiries made both over the telephone and in person, and route them accordingly.
- To present a professional and polite image to all customers (visitors, the general public, building occupants and other service partners).
- To promote the highest standards of customer care and monitor the quality of all services provided to customers.
- To adhere to all security guidelines for the issuance of visitor passes and permissions for access to the building.
- To prepare and issue visitor passes using available systems and maintain accurate records in accordance with client expectations.
- To promote and uphold the client's principles of security in accordance with the policies and directives.
- To liaise accordingly with security regarding lost or missing items.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To adhere to, the Company's dress code and wear the correct uniform.
- To undertake any training deemed necessary by management to effectively carry out your duties.
- To follow the Company's equalities policies in relation to other staff, customers and the general public.
- To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
- To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.

Essential Requirements:
